Romulan Empire: Aeryrn t'Laris - Viewing Profile

Hello and Jolan'tru!

My name is Aeryrn t'Laris, and I am a fan of the Romulans in the Star Trek universe.

The Romulans are my favorite villains in Star Trek. They are cunning and intelligent, and make formidable adversaries. They are a people of honor, and place their duty to the empire and their families first.

I never officially called myself a Star Trek fan until after I saw the new Star Trek movie in theaters back in May 2009. Before then, I had seen the shows on TV with my parents, but never gave them much thought. The Next Generation was the first series I remember seeing, because I was little when it was on TV. I remember seeing TNG, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and later Enterprise, but I never called myself a fan. After seeing the new movie, I became curious, and began to look up stuff on The Original Series, and eventually reintroduced myself to the Trek shows I had seen way back when.

My favorite Romulan characters are Tomalak, Sela and the commander from The Enterprise Incident. My favorite Romulan-centric episodes are The Enterprise Incident from TOS, The Defector, and Unification I and II from TNG.

My favorite non-Romulan character is Tasha Yar (she has her connections to the Romulans, so I guess that's why ).

My primary character is a Vulcan named T'Mari. She is currently a Rear Admiral.

When and if the Romulans become a playable faction, my Romulan character will have the same name as my username (Aeryrn t'Laris).
